I first found Rolfing Structural Integration after I had tried many different approaches to heal from daily work life and injuries sustained during my long and strenuous career in Wildland Fire. I finally found relief from my knee and neck pain after my sessions with Rolfing. Because of seeing this first-hand success, I then pursued my certification at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO.

I grew up in Mammoth Hot Springs inside Yellowstone National Park and have spent most of my life living around the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. I love the ebb and flow of the seasons and life in the GYE. I am so excited to bring Rolfing to Cody, Wyoming! Hope to see you soon!
