Ashley Skates is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to the ethical and professional standards of the Wyoming Professional Licensing Board. She is a long time Cody native who received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and her Master’s in Social Work from Walla Walla University. Professional experience includes: therapist and program director of residential treatment facility for individuals struggling with severe and persistent mental illness, therapist and case manager for community counseling agency, and children’s residential treatment facility counselor. Specialized Training includes: Applied Suicide Intervention, Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Nationally Certified CIT (Crisis Intervention Training) Facilitator.

Alex Rettinghouse, MA, PPC
Alex Rettinghouse is a provisionally licensed counselor committed to the ethical and professional standards of the Wyoming Professional Licensing Board. He is a Wyoming native, who received his undergraduate degree in Art and Psychology, and his graduate degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL. Specialized therapeutic approaches include: Adlerian, Art therapies, CBT, Mindfulness-based therapies, Client-Centered therapies, and Gestalt therapies. He specializes in ages K-12, but is open to all clientele.

Shaun Balch, PHD, LMFT
Shaun Balch is a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to the ethical and professional standards of the Wyoming Professional Licensing Board. Shaun’s goal is to
provide excellent mental health counseling to all he has the privilege to serve. Offering an eclectic range from traditional approaches to cutting edge brain-based therapies, Shaun strives to help clients achieve their fullest potential with the goal to embrace life with hope, purpose and freedom.

Eric Pearson, MSW, PCSW
Eric Pearson is a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to the ethical and professional standards of the Wyoming Professional Licensing Board. He received his bachelors of science in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2019, and his MSW from Florida State University in 2023. Eric is an Army veteran; believing in a holistic approach to therapy. Eric’s desire is to come alongside each individual, to assist in healing from trauma, help build self worth and improve communication in relationships to meet each individuals needs to meet their goals.
